New customers will pay our standard rate of $99/month. Early access customers keep their $49/month rate forever - even as we add new features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts or commitments required. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe.
How long does setup take?
Most customers are up and running in under 5 minutes. Simply connect your integrations with one-click OAuth, and your data starts syncing immediately.
What if I need help getting set up?
All customers get email support. As an early access member, you'll have direct access to our team for quick help with setup and any questions.
What integrations are included?
Currently available: Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Klaviyo. Coming soon: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Search Console, Google BigQuery, Microsoft Clarity, marketplaces like Amazon and Bol.com, and many more. All integrations are included at no extra cost.
How does data syncing work?
Baseboard syncs your data automatically throughout the day in real-time. You'll always see up-to-date metrics without manual exports or waiting for overnight processing.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We only request read-only access to your integrations and never share your data with third parties.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your data always belongs to you. We only access what's necessary to power your dashboard and never sell or share it with third parties.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You retain access until the end of your billing period, and we permanently delete all your data within 30 days of cancellation.
