Know how fresh your numbers are, and why they can differ from what a platform shows.
How often data refreshes

Each card shows when it last synced. After you switch the active account on a Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or Google Analytics 4 card, use Sync Now to import the new account's data immediately.
Why numbers can differ from other tools
- Attribution. Ad platforms count conversions with their own rules and windows, and often claim the same sale. Baseboard shows their numbers as platform-reported and adds blended ROAS from your store's real revenue.
- Time zones. Shopify days follow your shop's time zone. Platforms may report in the time zone of the ad account.
- Refunds. Net revenue is after refunds. Gross numbers in other tools will be higher.
- Freshness. Platforms other than Shopify update once a day, so today's partial numbers can be behind.
